Yes, it is true everything in Japan is cute. You can buy a cute version of almost everything. Sometimes all of this cuteness spills over to other areas like construction. Who needs pylons when you can have monkeys!
Wagon R, 15 years of magic!!
This is our wonderful car in Japan. It’s a Suzuki Wagon R! I assume the “R” must stand for racing. Unfortunately, It’s not terribly fast, but it does drive like a go-kart due to it’s incredibly small tires.
It’s great for parking in small spaces. When two people sit in the front seat your shoulders are about 4 inches apart! And yes, it is 15 years old this year. Thanks for all the good years little guy!
Home base!
Well this is where I live in Japan. I don’t actually live in Sendai right now, I’m actually in Kakuda, which is pretty damn close to Sendai. The wife and I live in the building to the right. As you can see there is quite an elaborate garden behind that stone wall. Maybe I’ll show some pictures in a future post.
