I’ve been meaning to post this for a while now. Back in September we took a drive to nearby town Marumori to check out a sunflower festival. The festival was quite small, but there was a ton of sunflowers everywhere.
What was also interesting was for just a few hundred yen they would let you pick as many flowers as you wanted. We got a total of six.

Wow, that’s a lot of sunflowers … and you even found a giant one ready to devour you
I had to fight it off with a frying pan.
I love sunflowers apart from tulips, lily, daisy, poppy and more
Having a drive around the countryside can bring you some lovely discovery ..any lavender fields out there? I love fields and fields of purplish lavenders.
So far I’ve only seen two flower fields, and both have been yellow only.
